Meadow View Farm

We have found our Caravaning paradise, stunning site amazing attention to detail, well cut lawns electric and own water supply, its perfect lovely watching the sheep and ponies etc.Was met by Snowy who was so welcoming he gave us so much information of the area.We love cycling and right on the doorstep was miles of beautiful off road cycling .We had a wonderful stay ,What can better this ,we absolutely loved it

Excellent site.When visiting my sister in Leicester we have chosen to stay here again because it’s everything we expect and more from a CL site. Security is outstanding with a large electric gate COSSA gold standard and security cameras. You get the gate code on arrival. We really appreciate this level of security when leaving our van for the day. We stay in the old orchard amongst the trees facing out across the fields and looking to the woods beyond. Waking up here to the dawn chorus you feel like you’ve really escaped to a sanctuary of peace away from the bustle of suburban life, yet the town and local amenities are within walking distance. Don’t bring eggs as you can buy the farms own organic which are really nice. Snowy manages the site with enthusiasm, ensuring it meets the needs of the club members. Everything is well laid out as it should be, recycling, chemical waste etc. This year we find the pitches have been upgraded to serviced and for just £20 a night with no hidden extra person or awning changes. EHU is pay as you go so bring a few pound coins to cover your visit. Overall this is an excellent, safe and well maintained site with a warm and friendly atmosphere. Thank you.

Thank you Snowy and Lin for a lovely stay. This is a fabulous little site, everything you need for a very peaceful stay. Owners were a delight, thank you for letting the children play with the dogs and feed the pigs! Very child friendly, fully fenced camping field with lovely views over the paddocks. We appreciated the careful directions and the suggestions for lovely days out. Ideal base for the Space centre and Bradgate Park and lots more

This was our first experience of a Motorhome, it was a baptism of fire or actually the opposite as the night time temperature dropped to minus 6 causing a few issues but all okay. This is a lovely, quiet, level site with easy walking access to Sileby and good dog walking on and from site. The owners Snowy and Lynne were great offering help and advice for us newbies"

Very well set out exercise field for dogs with plenty of space. Welcoming and friendly host. Definitely recommend if you want a secured area for your dog.

Great site, very clean and tidy, grass and hard standing pitches within orchard setting, access via electric gates, very secure and secluded. In centre of village with a short walk to pubs, chippy and shops. Friendly owner. Would recommend.
