We met the milkman (salesman) who looked spiffy in his traditional all-white milkman uniform. Pleasantly surprised to learn that milk delivered in glass bottles is an actual service. Signed up as customers and it's now been over a year of receiving excellent service and great products twice a week. Easy to manage service and our account online. Never had any issues. Thank you for your brilliant service.

We were initially very pleased to sign up for milk delivery as although more expensive than buying from a supermarket, it fell like we were doing a good thing about reducing the use of plastic. The service was OK for a while but have now had our scheduled delivery missed more than once and not having milk for my son to have his breakfast is not acceptable. We are cancelling the service today and will be buying from the supermarket again. Very disappointed.

They recently expanded down south and we signed up for milk deliveries 2 times a week. Was going well for weeks and we were happy with the quality of milk but all of a sudden our Friday deliveries got missed despite me seeing them drive past our house on the first day they missed us. Shrugged it off as a mistake at first and got a refund but when it happened two weeks in a row we just cancelled our subscription and will either go elsewhere or back to supermarket for milk.

Tried to ring up and canx my subscription rang multiple time no pick up, had to canx direct debit through my bank been 2 weeks still no call back after messages left.... stick with super markets as they are dodgy

This company told my neighbours they deliver to us. They don't, not impressed by a company not telling the truth and trying to deliver where another good business is already operating.

I told them several time's I didn't want any delivery until I spoke to my partner about it but they sent items out anyway. Do not leave the salesmen your details. I would leave a 0 Starr review if I could

Appalling service. Milk regularly failed to be delivered, more times failed than succeeded. Then get charged and have to call up for a refund. No good explanation as to why, seem to be incapable of fixing it, said they don't have enough drivers yet are still charging us and we keep expecting milk only to be disappointed and have to go out of our way to buy some.

We had a great milkman called John, but when he retired, we were passed on to Hanover. What a difference, and not for the better. Firstly they only deliver to our area one day a week, which means you start the week with fresh milk, but by the end, it’s been sitting there 6days. Secondly, if they mess up your delivery, which they will, and often, you don’t get it sorted.We moved to. Milkman as we liked the idea of glass bottles and shopping local, but at this stage, it’s not a local business, and we are still having to by supermarket milk when they make a mistake

The salesman who came to our door was great and we were really pleased to change to glass bottles to do our bit for the environment. We've only had our subscription for about a month and they've missed the last 2 deliveries. This morning I've had to knock for a neighbour to borrow milk so my son doesn't go to school hungry. It's just not good enough. I wish I'd read all these 1 star reviews before I signed up. Cancelling today.

Said to the salesman I didn’t want to sign up until I’d spoken to my partner about it, he said no worries leave name and phone number with him and they’ll contact me on the Monday to see if I want to sign up.. Monday comes, they leave milk outside of my door, they do this again 2 more times within a week so I email them got an apology and was told to leave out the milk for them to collect. Been outside on the doorstep 3 days and still no collection, contacted them multiple times and no reply at all, waste of time I’ll just bring the milk in and use it if it’s not getting collected
