3 places are trading out the same takeaway. I’ll be reporting to trading services!! Ordered food 2 hours ago and it’s still not turned up. Absolute joke of a ‘restaurant’. Don’t waste your money. Taking orders, taking payment and not answering phone. Joke

Shocking “service”Partner placed an order at 8:30pm through the nanos app. Gets an email stating order has been acknowledged if you don’t receive a confirmation email In 30mins to phone to store. Well 30 minutes go by and 2 hours of trying to contact them regarding the order and a refund to have them answer the phone and put it down immediately. Or just blatantly ignore it. Money taken instantly followed by absolutely dreadful customer service and no communication.Ordered from a separate place after the usual 45 mins - an hour delivery times. As there was no chance of them pulling through if they can’t even answer the phone.App will still let you order through it even after this so obviously still open and accepting orders just deciding which ones it wants to fulfil.Recommend you look elsewhere it’s cheap for a reason

This is the first time we've ordered at Nano's. Delivery was late and the food was quite cold when it reached us. We felt the food was also expensive, we ordered a chicken steak which was meant to come with pitta bread and salad. We got chicken with chips with no salad and no pitta bread!! Don't feel like ordering with them again :(

Ordered quite late at night so was a bit late but the food was hot and very nice when it got here

Order reg from here, an hour and half later no confirmation email, no answer on the phone even tho the payment has been taken. WARNING THERE APP IS TAKING PAYMENTS AND NO DELIVERY OR ANSWERING PHONES.***just had an email to say order was cancelled and refunded, the app is still showing them as open***

When you see the state of this place you can understand just how bad and unhygienic it really is. No wonder they stay open late, because during the day every other option is a better option. This food is better off in the bin than in your stomach. Owners, shame on you! No respect for the customers that buy your food.. places like this should be shut down, instead they are allowed to shut down the bodies of their customers with their poison. Google please offer a 0 star option because this place does not deserve even 1 star.

WILL NEVER ORDER FROM NANOS AGAIN!!! used to love nanos but the last few times i have ordered have been terrible sent orders out wrong with food missing then aggressive when you complain last time i ordered the delivery driver knocked and by the time I'd walked downstairs in my house the delivery driver was already getting back in his car and had put my food on top of my bin!!!! Tonight i order and again order sent out wrong asked for large donner meat and chips was sent a medium barely any donner meat the donner that was there was crispy and of a bad standard my partners cheesy chips were rock hard and cold that cold the cheese hadn't even melted we live 3 streets away!!! No chance of fresh food going that cold that quick we phoned to complain and again was greeted with aggression no offer of replacing the food simply just offered the £1 difference back berween large and medium. In future I'll be taking my custom to mustaphs just up the road

I just moved into the area! Theses pizzas are amazing , garlic mushroom pizza! Best I had in years they come piping hot !!! The owners even know my address after 3 times of ordering , that is great customer service ! Dominos need to be shown a trick or two!!!

Ordered late in the night around 12:30 am for the first when I started craving for khebab at work. I went for the special offer and to be honest I liked it and my colleagues also loved it. Order arrived at 1:15am. Thank you so much. Unfortunately I took a video so I can’t add it here. Will try and upload the video separately. You have won yaself some new customers from my work place
