Visited the Cardiff store in at David’s centre today .I had my upper ear pierced , just walked in both staff , especially the young lady that did the piercing were fantastic, friendly and approachable.Lovely experience today thank you x

I recently had a lovely experience in the Cardiff store with a lady called Shana. I had been in and out of every store in Cardiff panic searching for an outfit for a wedding that was happening a few days later. I told Shana I needed a bag and she immediately asked what colour and told me she had the perfect dress for me out the back. They hadn’t gone out on the shop floor yet but she knew how well it would match - and it was perfect! She was incredibly kind, warm and smiley. She also signed me up to the member programme so I had some discount off. Really amazing experience - thank you!

Absolutely fantastic service from Scarlet while having our ears pierced on Saturday. Friendly, helpful & an asset to your company. My daughter adored her & scarlet helped her through her nerves & was so patient. A huge thank you. I had my ears pierced here today and had a really positive experience! My piercer, Scarlett, was amazing - so friendly and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking about getting a piercing!
