Not long back from our family holiday in Cyprus Paphos, have to say the girl Stephanie who looked after us from finding us the holiday to keeping up to date with tickets and booking seats etc for the plane. She went way over and beyond to make our holiday amazing the first in three years due to covid, her customer service was fantastic. I can say this as I work in retail and know exactly the service I would be expecting and she is a credit to your company. I would absolutely go back to Stephanie for my next family holiday and have already recommended her to my friends and family.

Excellent man Johnny is to deal with. Ran into a few problem of my own personally and needed to make changes. Johnny sorted all out and offered me alternative and a man of his word. Easy to talk to and great company and excellent prices and replies swiftly. Would recommend

Jonny made my whole booking process a breeze, even though I was quite fussy. Nothing was a problem. Hotel was perfect, we were blown away by the service. Highly recommend them for all your travel needs. Thanks so much again, we had a blast in Benidorm and will be back.

Awful travel company. I would never use them again. Booked a surprise 30th holiday for my wife in Sept. Rang to pay the balance in June and was informed that the holiday was cancelled months ago, but no-one thought to make contact. Then I was given quotes for another destination on the same dates. Agreed a price for a 5 star resort as it was a special occasion. Rang JF again to confirm the booking as the hotel on the booking confirmation didn't quite match the original offer. I had agreed a price for a 5* resort, they had booked me into a 3* at the exact same price. Then when I queried this it was confirmed that holiday had been cancelled as well and no-one had thought to make contact when the holiday was 3 weeks away. Take your business anywhere else

Cheaper than other travel agents. Excellent service
