After booking a holiday for the first time since pre covid, the next question was how do we get to the airport. Do we drive and pay extortionate parking fees or do we risk the train. Enter Rick at Rk travel. I contacted him through his Facebook page and was instantly reassured with both his manner and professionalism. In no time at all everything was arranged for him to both take and pick us up at the airport.As this was a few weeks before our holiday I rang him a few days before our departure to confirm everything was ok. I needn't have bothered. Everything from start to finish was seamless. Couldn't have gone better in any way. No more decisions whether to drive or train from now on. Rk Travel York is an excellent airport shuttle service. Our driver, Ricky, was exceptionally friendly, punctual, and reliable, providing a smooth pickup from Manchester Airport to York’s city centre at a very reasonable price with flexible booking options. Ricky went above and beyond as he not only picked us up from the airport but also took the time to show us around York and was very accommodating. Due to his incredible ability to connect with customers on a personal level, he will now be our go-to contact for all future trips to Manchester Airport. Cannot recommend him enough, his service is more than worth it!
