Pure Homecare
When my case manager contacted pure homecare I was very impressed and got on well with care assistant. However she became a nightmare n was totally unsuitable with her comments n actions. I complety lost faith in the company as they were going to sent some one else a replacement who i never met. Sadly disappointed as the assistant who came to me was a senior care. How possible could this company employ someone of this calibre. To top it all when I cancelled they wanted to charge me for this service. Hence case manager acted on my behalf n sorted it. The assistant still proceeded to ring me at 6.45am which was unnecessary. Disappointed
