They had my girlfriends phone to get the screen repaired and they fixed it, but the colour in the top left went black and you can’t barely see anything, she took it back in and they said that it’s nothing to do with them, she argued as they have gave her warranty and they are refusing to fix it! Not happy was done Saturday and by the Sunday night it was messing up and very laggy then the black came out of no where...

Xperia z white; screen digitiser front glass and outer side case repair. Explained job and costs, good communication rang me straight away explaining supplier delays. Quoted me the cheapest price for genuine Sony parts!!. Had to ask where my sim card tray was as wasn't in phone but was in the tray where my phone was waitin for pick up, lucky i checked. I'm well happy the screen works better than the old one :) my otter side edge case is a more metallic off white silver colour than the original but I like it it's sparkly. Would return and use this store again. Only con; will have to return and ask for the glass side panels to be glued on the edges again as began to lift slightly.

I bought a iPhone 6s for 150 pounds yes it’s a old phone but I really needed a new one as I had a Samsung s5 mini it was working fine till after about a week the battery will last 1hr and 20 mins from full charge ive Done everything turned settings of to save battery life still did nothing I thought I’ll buy a new battery but now in the last 2 days my charger seems to not charge the phone when plugged in the wall it will only charge of power banks which is pretty rubbish as you can imagine this phone was grade b if it was grade c I could understand but I find it really unfair because I wasted all my money on this phone for a few weeks later it to do this

If you are going to use this shop, be prepared to be ripped off. Look carefully at your receipt. It is not an actual receipt but on closer inspection, an estimate for work, meaning when you realise they haven’t fixed your phone you are totally screwed. Use this shop at your peril!!

Just rang up to see about two tiny cracks on my Samsung S7. Man said I have to replace the whole screen which is fair enough, thats what I thought. Asked him how much and he said............. £300!!!!!!!£300!!!!!!£300 whole English pounds!!!!!What absolute moron asks for £300 when all the other shops and even Samsung themselves charges far less?!Money grabbing con artist prat.

Tried to say our phone was in Manchester but was in shop. It went in for a broken screen but came out with water damage. Got a full refund but wouldn't recommend as we were lied to for weeks.If the shop had been honest in the first place and sorted out the issue created, we would have been happy.

Needed a replacement screen on my s10+ handed him the phone and had it back, fixed and working fine 24hrs later. The lad even phoned the supplier to see if he could get a screen added to a current delivery. Excellent service. Definitely recommend.

Quick fix of my phone today and no charge! Really excellent service. Definitely recommend them. I'd gone in expecting it to be not repairable and them to encourage me to buy a replacement, very pleasantly surprised.
