I visited Lorraine and Nikki on 23rd November as I had lost a lot of hair on the top of my head. They were both brilliant and made me feel very relaxed. I had travelled a long distance from Speyside and was only there for 3 days.They managed to find the perfect matching topper for me which had just come in but needed the clips changed. After arranging to come back a few hours later I left with the perfect hair topper all trimmed to suit me.I cannot thank them enough for taking a 70 year old lady who was getting depressed with my hair loss to a happy woman ready to face the world.Thank you Lorraine and Nikki for all your help and making me feel so good.

I was a complete newbie when I came in for my consultation and they put me right at ease when discussing my options. I am using my daughter’s email! So Lorraine and Nikki are the most amazing women I have come to know. I lost my long hair last year through chemotherapy which really traumatised me. I had the integrated mesh system fitted in January (my hair was just long enough for this to be done). Wow! It made me feel like my old self again. Absolutely amazing. To be honest it turned my life around after such a horrible period of my life. I have been back every 6 weeks or so for adjustments and each time the girls have made me so at ease. What a fantastic experience from start to finish seeing Lorraine for help with my alopecia. She was just brilliant. Nikki was fab to being able to fit me in to get my clip in topper fitted and chopped so I could wear it straight away. I would highly recommended CrownCouture Edinburgh for anyone who is anxious about their hair issues as the salon is appointment only and is small and intimate so you feel at ease straight away.

From consult to having my hair system fitted, the staff at CrownCouture were so welcoming and friendly. They made what can be quite a gruelling experience for men an enjoyable one for me. They were constantly informative and made sure I left feeling prepared to manage my hair system. The product itself is amazing and my hair looks exactly as it did before it started to recede and thin out. Walked into Crown Couture full of trepidation for my initial consultation. Lorraine and Nicky were fabulous and put me completely at ease. I found it difficult to visualise the final result of my hair topper but hadn't reason to worry.Went back this morning for the final appointment, cut, style and fit. Lorraine and Nicky were waiting and made me feel really welcome. Nicky cut my hair topper into my normal style and Lorraine gave me a tutorial on how to fix, wash, style and maintain.I cannot thank you both enough.
