The worst experience I've ever had in a hardware store - the staff are the rudest I've ever encountered. Mentioned it to a couple of other people who said that they've had the same experience. Hence taking my custom elsewhere.

If you need a key cut and nobody else in London can do it, then give these guys a call! The governor is a knowledge and friendly guy, but beware, his 2 minutes" is 20 !A range of other products too
