Tenpin Dundee

We had so much fun at the new bowling venue in Dundee. This place has everything! Over 20 bowling lanes where you have your own booth and screen, no shoe hire- wear your own shoes! There's a huge amount of arcade games, win tickets, win prizes, there's pool tables, laser tag, a bar/cafe with extensive menu, soft play area for kids, escape rooms for puzzles in teams and even air hockey tables. The place was bussing even on a Thurs afternoon but everything was very clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We bowled two games and had a wander around the arcade games. Just what Dundee was missing! Plenty of parking, book for parties, book in advance and different offers online. We'll be back!

We had such a great night. Would be 5 star but we arrived 3 minutes late for our 4.30 booking due to be stuck in rush hour traffic then had to wait in the queue for 5 minutes. Only to then be told that we would have 10 minutes less because we’d arrived 3 minutes late. We managed to rush and fit all our games in but they’re obviously booking too many people in at once and don’t have enough staff.

A solid experience, bowling was fun, you don't need to exchange shoes which is nice. Drinks were decent priced, and there were a ton of arcade type machines.Biggest upset, 1 hour 30 wait time and change machines where broke. Oh, and the food stops at 9.

We booked in advance so managed to get a time slot that suited us. Easy to do online. Lane was ready for us when we arrived. Bowling in own shoes is a great thing. Lots to do when bowling finished. Bar prices reasonable.Ladies Toilets could do with regular checking as lack of toilet rolls in most of them. Staff were friendly and helpful.Great addition to Dundee. Thanks

First time visiting. Thought the facilities were great and top notch bowling.For the arcade...bring cash the ATM charges you £1.85.And the bar...big queues and lack of basics like diet coke or Fanta. It's still only been open a month so I'll give the staff a bit of leeway bit queues at the bar were a bit annoying and couldn't get on the free WiFi to use the QR codes to order. (Phone signal inside was awful) these are just small issues and I'm sure will be fixed in time. I'll definitely be back with more friend ls and family to try out the escape rooms etc

Great entertainment for everyone. Good and drink overpriced , food in particular which is served during your game . Given that the game is timed trying to eat whil playing meant food went cold. As we all know cold fries are not good. As said plenty entertainment as long as you have the funds.

Great bowling and modern look. Was going to be a 5* review, however the customer service was very poor. Our food order was missing a cheeseburger meal. Spoke to 2 different members of staff who acknowledged me and went back to petting a dog that was at another bowling lane. Food then arrived 15/20minutes after the first meal which was now cold. Had also finished bowling by then.

Apart from having to wait ages to be served, having our food order mixed up, food rubbish, from someone i know,s opinion.I couldn't form an opinion about the food, because after I asked them to change it, after the food mix up, due to the lack of communication, they refused to change it. So i said to them, just throw my food in the bin, and forget about it. I wasn't happy.The bowling machines kept jamming from time to time, during the games.Also we had to plaster around having to get staff to reset the bowling lane, from the previous players, at the start of the game.I had to ask a member of staff to clean the mess left by the previous players. I'd have thought that it would have been done before being allocated it.Apart from that, there are 2 good points I'll make about it.They were open on a Sunday evening, late up till around midnight ,with beer at a reasonable price, compared to other places, AND i actually enjoyed myself there, and had a good time.I will go back again.Two good points made, so 2 stars from me.

My grandson loved it. We had good fun. Nice staff and clean premisses.The price for ten pin bowling is very good. Makes a difference for a couple of if games. And means we are happy to return again as the price is reasonable. Thank you for a most enjoyable time .
