Impossible to find the pay booths unless you go to the cinema, and 3 of us looking for it in the end

Cinema visit this evening. Did not get issued a ticket on the way as machine broke. Heard what we thought an automated message play.No ticket to pay, got to the front and were told we needed to go to level 5 to get a ticket. Multiple cars behind me.About 6 other people in the same point.Broken machines on level 5 only accepting cash.Broken machines. Terrible service. All round not customer friendly. £4.70 too. Avoid. Will not use again.

Reasonably priced parking. The car park itself is compact with narrow spaces. I felt there needs to be more signage also.

Horrible car park. Incredibly dated, massively under maintained, there was significant damage to the floor in our car parking space. Also a tiny allocation of disabled spaces. At £4.70 for 4 hours the owners are clearly not investing this money back into the facility. I definitely won't be parking here again.

Firstly I have put a one as it won't let me put less. My review is purely around customer service.I regularly use this carpark. I paid 5.60 on leaving, when returning to my car I'd got quite a lot in my hands and somehow couldn't find my ticket.when I went to leave I had to press the button. I was told I couldn't leave as I hadn't paid. When I assured him I had he said computer said I hadn't and that I need to pay. I said I was reversing my car and sorting this at which point the barrier opened and he told me very rudely to leave.im professional and was extremely upset. I got another ticket and returned to his office. At this point he'd checked cctv where you could clearly see me paying. He wouldn't give me his name. He was extremely rude. Told me don't lose my ticket again. When I got home I realised that i had put yesterday's ticket in and it clearly has 5.60 twice on it. Why will it let you pay with an invalid ticket. I appreciate this was my mistake, but this man was so rude. There was no customer service and I shall never use this carpark again. I can only say you need to be desperate to employ such a person
