The Village Pharmacy

The Village Pharmacy have exceeded my expectation and provide a first class service. I went in with my prescription having tried to source my medication (which was out of stock) with my local pharmacies. The Village Pharmacy were recommended to me by a relative and they were more than happy to help me. As a result I have found a pharmacist who is kind, helpful, compassionate and willing to accept my custom. l have now permanently changed to Village Pharmacy for repeat and one off prescriptions. My husband has done the same and we are extremely impressed with the service they provide and the high level of communication when our prescriptions are ready. The whole team are friendly and efficient. Thank you.

Failed to deliver my mother’s medication on a couple of occasions. New medication was added to her prescription and after afew weeks of supplying it, this was stopped by the pharmacy without the knowledge of GP or family member. Very poor customer service by one of the female staff.

I cannot recommend this pharmacy enough. Ahmed, his wife and their team are the utmost professionals; which is only matched by their kindness and empathy. They were invaluable to me during my partners illness and passing and have remained a valuable asset to me, in relation to my own health problems. I feel proud that we have such a warm and efficient pharmacy, in our village.

Best pharmacy I've ever been to. We used to live locally and now still travel back because the lovely pharmacist can be relied upon to get my prescription (HRT) in stock. Fantastic service, warmth, kindness and the extra mile. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Believe it or not my local chemist doesn't deliver. I'm bedridden and my partner is housebound so rely on medication being delivered. Staff all very helpful and pleasant when I've rung.
