Came out within 24 hours. They had to order a part which they did and returned within 2 days and all working fine again.

Appalling customer service and very rude on the phone, been waiting over 7 weeks for a repair and given no idea of time frames after being let down on promised delivery dates multiple times. When you call to ask for update you are given no information and they seem to not care at all! Very disappointing

Do not trust these people. Terrible customer service, freezer not repaired after six weeks, but kept the call out charge. Absolutely terrible company and I would not touch them again with a barge poll. Be aware!!

Would select no stars if possible.Do not use this company. As over reviews state the customer service is terrible, very defensive and completely unhelpful.I spoke to Luke who seems to be the only gentleman working. Very poor attitude and very poor language.
