Staff did not know I was coming despite phong to book. Reluctantly agreed to do the wheel alignment. I watched the guy spend 5 minutes with an open-ended spanner trying to remove 1 bolt before quickly giving up and telling me I would be better going elsewhere.No interest in customer service.No real mechanics or technicians work here.They just want to sell you tyres at inflated prices. Typical joke service and quality you get from these national chains.Do not waste your time or money. Use a local independent garage.
