Starting using this garage when my Audi a8 required work a few years ago, Now I would not use any other place.From the time you book your car in with the Lovely Ann right through till you collect your vehicle, you are kept informed about any additional costs, so when you collect there is no nasty shocks. Wonderful experience... Phil was a pleasure to work with. I had seen the vehicle on line, made an appointment to view it. When I arrived the car looked like it had just been valeted...just for me, I was pleased. The vehicle was better than expected. Purchased it on the spot. Have bought 2 cars from CB Autosales, and both were in pristine condition. Phil is an absolute gem to deal with,no sales pressure, gimmicks, just a breath or fresh air, nothing is too much trouble, the transition from viewing the car to picking it up was perfect. Everyone else that I've dealt with is also very professional. Ann in the service department is just brilliant. An absolute pleasure to deal with. The guys are very helpful, clearly experienced and there are NO pressure sales tactics whatsoever. The process of handover was the fastest and smoothest I've experienced and their Bosch servicing and warranty provides a real peace of mind. Wish I had discovered them years ago! I’ve had my car for around six months and it’s been such an amazing car to have. I had received the best service from Phill. I went up to see the car once and went up again to get my car and was a quick exchange over and all very simple. It came with a one year mot and one year warranty which is amazing!!
