Avoid at all costs, if u want you're eye balls ripped out, and then you're sockets... this is the place! They charged me £60 for an alternator belt to be placed. When all they done was put my car on the ramps and attatch it. Took the space of 2 minutes. Yet I took my car to a garage in lemington when it snapped due to an oil leak, he put it on for free... just shows u. Know you're prices...rip of merchants at this place.

They were great at fitting me in last minute for car repairs which made sure that I could get my car to pass it's MOT, reasonably priced; not the cheapest but efficient in getting the work done and great customer service overall would recommend this place.

Extremely helpful. Checked my car out for road worthiness after it had been in a minor accident late afternoon. Very impressed. Thank you so much for helping us out at short notice.

I absolutely love this Garage and will recommend them. I used North East Auto Services - Gateshead, the garage failed my MOT, overpriced me, they told me the price for the repairs to pass the MOT was £726. I rang up this garage as I had used them last year. they fixed everything for £280.

PLEASE DON’T use this “garage” they make their own prices up and the work looks like it was done by a blind man . On top of this , I went to sell my car and they found that the mileage had been tampered with during an m.o.t which has robbed me of another £550 . They won’t be getting their hands on my next car .

I have used this garage on multiple occasions, most recently for MOT & Service in August 22. Quick & efficient with everything explained, price was competitive.

Prompt, friendly, and well informed father and son business. A couple of times dad tried overcharging, but I was aware of the cost of parts and labour. When I challenged the cost, I received the Whoops! it's THAT job. I was mixing you up with someone else ..." routine

I recently broke down in my work van in Newcastle with diesel leaking underneath my engine. I rang these guys first thing in the morning as soon as they opened. They couldn’t have been more helpful and quick to help. They had me in the same day, diagnosed the car and had the part ordered and fitted the following morning. Very fair price, very friendly service which talked me through every step of what was wrong and how they fixed it.I would highly recommend and will definitely be calling them again if ever I need them! 10/10

We were stuck in the area after our van broke down. This garage was very friendly, honest and did their best to help us. We are two females 100 miles from home. They are RAC Approved we found out later. Good service. Thank you for your help.

My car broke down yesterday in Newcastle and my Breakdown cover would only tow me to a local garage not home to Leeds which I was really frustrated about as I believed I had full recovery. .I had no idea of the area and none were open on a Sunday.I had to book a hotel and the Uber driver I used recommended this garage.I rang them at 9am and the owner was very understanding and told me they would try and fix it today.I arranged for the breakdown cover to tow the car there.We arrived around 10.15am and my car was fixed by 3pm(clutch cable sheath replacement)it was even cleaned outside and in for me.The owner was really helpful and understood my anxiousness at needing to get home today.A really excellent service.
