Dean came to our rescue by capping our leaking radiator. The leaking radiator made our boiler lose pressure, which stopped us from having heating and hot water. Dean came around within a few hours and sorted it all out for us.We will definitely use Dean again.

Dean provided an outstanding service to us. Our boiler unfortunately reached the end of its life span and Dean answered our call for help quickly and efficiently. On reviewing the issue he gave us options and left us to consider. We quickly decided it was best to replace the boiler and Dean went out of his way to install the recommended boiler swiftly, efficiently and at a really competitive price. Highly recommended service and we will be using Dean in the future!

Excellent, fixed our problem over the phone in minutes.Dean was brilliant. We had been let down by 2 others over the weekend. Quick chat, sent pictures over and he spoke us through the whole procedure over the phone, we now have heating/ hot water. I could've cried!It really means a lot to have someone willing to help from the goodness of their heart!

Dean was very knowledgable professional. He came before to check the job and do a quote, advised the best option for a boiler filter placement. On the day arranged for the service, he cleaned our boiler, serviced it, updated the boiler’s service book and checked our heating system. All done well and left the area cleaned and tidy. Happy with the service and the friendly approach. He also loves dogs too! Nice gentleman!

Dean was excellent from start to finish. Had a problem with our boiler phoned Dean he came out the same day done a temporary fix and advised us we would be better getting a new boiler rather than paying to keep calling someone out every time it went wrong. The quote was great so went ahead. Dean came and fitted the new boiler he is very professional would highly recommend him. Great work Dean Thank you

First class. Dean is very experienced, knowledgeable, able to think outside the box, professional & an all round top chap! Dean fitted a new boiler for me & it was not straight forward. Several companies refused to quote. Dean solved all the issues & did a first rate job. I cannot recommend Dean enough. He gave a very fair price and I am extremely pleased. A clean & tidy worker too, taking good care with my home. I invited 12 companies to quote me & Dean easily stood out from the crowd. I'm so very pleased I chose Dean.
