I cannot recommend this place more highly. The service and team were so friendly and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious, and the portion sizes were generous to say the least. I can also recommend the Polish Chardonnay. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Leeds.

Went to the restaurant at 6.30 Friday 8th September We Had friends to stay one was from Poland so I thought the restaurant was a great idea, OMG I was right. Monika looked after us like we were family, we were given a run down of specials, what would be good to share, and what was more traditional. No draught Lager so had Polskie Lager, very good and strong I chose a light Prosecco. Monica took our orders then arrived with drinks and a small appetiser of sliced polish sausage very tasty and just enough to get taste buds tingling. There is a 2 Course Menu currently for 18.95 great value but there’s so much to choose from we opted for Soup of the day a Hearty bean soup very filling and a great taste, king prawns meaty and delicate the sauce was happily mopped up happily with bread to go with the Trio of Pork, a thick piece of Ham Hock, Ham Terrine, And the best Pate I have ever tasted along with a apple and onion compote, we all happily shared. Round 3 was a delightful dinner late of Stuffed Cabbage Leaves full of minced pork, rice with a thick coating of tomato sauce on a bed of buttery smooth potatoes. 2 plates of meaty pork ribs were devoured quickly one with fries the other buttery potatoes, the Salmon was expertly cooked crispy skin and a rather thick chunky piece along by side new buttery potatoes. There was more than enough on the plates to satisfy the biggest of bellies. A rest was needed, Monika checking on us and other dinners to make sure we were happy or needed anything else. A complementary shot of Cherry Vodka was downed happily, we refused dessert but Monika insisted a plate for sharing was brought to the table and the boys dug in. Another shot of cherry vodka was downed with the bellow of Na Zdrowie (nostrovia) Cheers…. Monica then brought a basket with all produce used in the restaurant for us to have a taste and we were able to buy Pierogi a vegetarian cheese and potatoes and a minced pork what a wonderful experience, and we will be back… Thanks to Monika for making it so special

I live close by but haven't been until last night. It was very quiet due to the current Covid-19 situation but the service and quality of food where exceptional. If you want a filling meal of very high quality this is the place to go, definitely the hidden gem of the Chapel Allerton area.

This is a slightly odd place but if you embrace the unusual you'll be rewarded with a fine meal.We where a group of 5 and enjoyed 3 courses, wine, beer and obviously vodka for £208, this considering the quality of the meal was an absolute bargain. Highly recommended.

So laid back it was almost horizontal, and yet every morsel of food was delicious. The steak tartare was a particular highlight, every starter and main delivered in both quantity and quality and the homemade dessert selection was a amazing. Thanks to Monika for a really nice evening, we'll definitely be back!

Absolutely amazing food.Fresh tomatoes with cottage cheese for a starter and pork knuckle with fried sauerkraut it was just jaw dropping. The portions are huge as well.And the service! You cannot feel more welcome :)

Fabulous place with delicious food and a cozy interior. We were served by Ms. Monika, a lovely lady with great hospitality and a pleasant smile. The food was really good with great flavours. Great place to be with family and friends.

Had the steak tartare, zurek, and pierogi. Everything was delicious, especially the pierogi. Appreciate that the waitress had good recommendations. Great presentation of dishes. Enjoyed the cherry vodka. Chilled atmosphere, warm and welcoming service. Highly recommended.

I am in love with their food! Service is great, staff very pleasant and attentive and yeah - the food is so delicious.
