I spoke to Craig, Dillian and Chris. They were very professional and helpful. I was looking to build a new fence for my garden and they advised me and also went out to show me the correct sizes and measurements of wood to buy. I had to cancel my order because i got it wrong they were very patient and helpful. They all had a friendly attitude and good customer serivce, I would highly this Jewson store to anyone.Kindest regardsMakbool

First time visiting a Jewsons. So helpful. I thought they sold mainly to trade, I am not trade. I am a DIYer. The guys were friendly, very helpful and the prices are brilliant too. We only purchased skirting from jewsons after some water damage we had to fix...we were one short, we returned to jewsons in Seafield, they didn't have the the size we required. The guy serving us started calling other stores to see if they could deliver ONE length. They eventually came up with a plan to deliver one length to Seafield. Absolutely amazing customer service, I plan to refurbish two more rooms after lockdown eases, I will definitely return. Thank you.

Excellent service. Good notification from driver, 'text' message to say I'm next delivery. Driver (Johnny) did a great job delivering to a very difficult location. If only everyone could be relied on to do their job as well as he did.

Despite assurances they would call back there has been no contact. Promised delivery that didnt turn up. Dont rely on them to get anything done on time. Poor, poor service and unbelievble that such a large marshals stockist requires a two week lead time for walling blocks.

I am doing some repair work to a exterior wall with a pebble wash and I’m glad I went to this Jewson’s branch. The person I spoke to really went the extra mile! While admittedly not an expert in render work which’s fair enough he spent the time looking for a few options and advised me on different products, and even looked for the most cost efficient way of getting all the materials I need it. Great service and the prices! Repair work going pretty well so far.
