More Than Just Cards

Nice shop stock wise and prices, but the service was shocking. The lady serving was on the phone to a friend when I walked in, which is fair enough, but stayed on the phone all the way through serving me. She apologised to the friend on the phone but barely said two words to me. When I worked in retail that was a big no no. The customer in the shop is the person you need to be talking to not your friend. Customer service was appalling!!!

Rude, rude, rude!! Lady behind the counter !!Think she’s the owners wifeShe’s been curt and borderline rude before but we meet these sad individuals from time to time in our lives don’t we? On the last occasion I visited to get balloons she continued to type on her phone whilst I was stood at the counter waiting to be served. She knew I was there!When I asked if she’d finished she replied “no not really!!”As a result I walked outI will not go back in this shop again which is sad for a local business. They quite honestly don’t deserve your business if they display customer service like thisI went elsewhere and they took my £50 with the courtesy I deserveI explained what had happened to me and they said they had heard about this lady too!!Seems like your creating an impression for your selves as a card shop!!!Just not the right one !!!

A fantastic shop with lovely staff and lovely music. Definately my favourite shop in Chapeltown. A lovely selection of cards and gifts. Wouldn't go anywhere else for my cards.

I love this shop as it has such a nice atmosphere and I can always find just the right card for the occasion. I would say it is probably the best card shop I have ever purchased from. No cheap and nasty cards in here and for the quality of goods the prices are worth paying.
