Hopeless. Didn't even have the decency to respond to the two messages I left on their answer phone. I wonder what their service would be like if they were doing a job for you, when they can't even return their calls!!

I contacted PPC to address a rat problem in myproperty and I am very disappointed: At theexpense of almost £200 Parris merely set a fewtraps around my property, a task that could easilyhave been done by myself for a much smaller fee,especially considering the traps were entirelyineffective.He also promised to put down a steel plate undermy sink to stop rodents entering the property, thiswas quickly forgotten by his next visit. On top ofthis Parris is an exceptionally rude and arrogantindividual who doesn't have any interest inproviding customer service of any kind.I would not recommend PPC to anyone dealingwith a rodent problem. Their services are verypoor value for money and their employees arerude and unprofessional.

We called PPC in the afternoon regarding a wasp nest and Perry arrived to deal with it the following morning. Fast, efficient, friendly. Thanks!
