Terrible service, ordered at 2010 and still not delivered at 2320. Could have flew to Spain in that time. Rang once (two hours after order) and they said it would be a couple of minutes (rang again and staff weren't aware of order) No contact from staff throughout. Sons crying now.AVOID - worst service I have ever paid" for."

First order here and it was amazing, waffles were hot with plenty of toppings, ice cream was not melted at all like other reviews has stated! It gave an ETA of an hour but arrived in 15 minutes ❤️ I asked for a little note on top of my partners box to cheer him up after a bad day, and they went above and beyond to do that for me!

Absolutely awful. How on earth does it take 2 1/2 hours for a waffle to arrive? Then to get a phone call telling us they have messed up the order and that it’ll be another extra half an hour until it gets here. So 3 hours in total for a waffle and some drinks. Sort your staff out and your timing as everyone I’ve been in contact with says the same thing, waste of time and money

Awful service 2.5 hours for milkshakes and a crepe, order then came wrong and nut allergy she didn’t know which was which milk shake won’t use again

I get my order after 2 hours and 45 minutes from when I ordered it but okay.. I gave them chance and I opened the boxes which was sticky and dirty from chocolate; ice creams - melted of course; carrot cake the cheapest bought in shop - awful and dry; crepes no soft, hard like shoe sole and was swimming in chocolate sauce - disgusting with poor amount of chopped fruits.

We love sugar rush! And today I left a note on my just eat order just giving them a thank you, as they have cheered me up with their food more than once!Well today I got a hand written note saying my thank you made their night as they had a rough start to the shift.I am 7 months pregnant and just had an emotional rollercoaster of awe! I’m so glad you guys loves my thank you, it is very much deserved!Best place around!

2 hours 20 minutes for food to arrive. Waffle and crepe were ok at best, not very warm when they arrived and the ice cream had completely melted. Not worth the wait or money.

Changed my review as sugarush rectified an error.Fair play, they went full out with a new order for us and this time round it was amazing. Beautifully presented, hot tasty crepe and waffle with lots of choc and fruit. Brilliant milkshakes full of chocolate too. We thoroughly enjoyed it and really appreciate the effort put in. Thank you, we will happily return for another weekend treat.
