Rebbeck Brothers - Property Management Company

I asked them to look into why the garden services used at our block were not doing a very good job! After twice trying to establish a conversation, only to be rudely cut off, and no one phoned back! So unimpressed.

My main contact at Rebbeck Brothers is Emily Plate who is extremely knowledgable in her role. I find her prompt, accurate and a pleasure to deal with. She is extremely professional as befits the standards you would expect from a company of Rebbecks standing and reputation within the marketplace.

We have been working with Rebbeck Brothers for a number of years. Their response time is fast and accurate. Correspondence between residents and ourselves is fantastic. All requested works are carried out to a high standard. Can not recommend them enough.Finch Ltd for all plumbing heating and maintenance.

Excessive management fee for very little in return.Communication is non existent, never returns calls or reply to emails. They would rather charge to replace a bin store door than replace a bent hinge. Qind damaged.Commuanl doors are broken and people are unable to enter the building. 6 months ago they were replacing these doors still waiting.Broken bollards left as trip hazards.the list can continue.....The property kitty is genuinely wasted due to a lack of thought and knowledge. The Director is in charge of this block.

Having dealt with Rebbeck Brothers for over 10 plus years i have always found them both polite and extremely helpful in trying to resolve issues as quickly and professionally as possible.i fully understand it can be a difficult job trying to keep everybody happy so appreciate the dedication of the team.Thank you all and keep up the good work

I have never had any problems with Rebbeck Brothers for the past 10 years that they have been managing my property.Always attentive and responsive, which is a nice change from previous experiences I have had with similar companies.Joe and everyone have been a pleasure to deal with and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone that maybe seeking a company to assist them with residential block management.

A very proactive management company who promptly react to our requests. Our Property Manager Emily Plate has proved to be very efficient. She runs the AGM and ad-hoc meeting well and produces minutes in a timely fashion. She recommends what work should be done (keeping abreast of current legal requirements) and after consultation with the block directors quickly provides quotations where required. Always friendly and professional.

Our company have dealt with Rebbeck Brothers for many years, they have always been very quick to respond to repairs with properties they manage, quick at giving us the go ahead to carry out repairs so tenants are kept happy. We have had an issue with a neighbour and Gemma Woodford has in our eyes been amazing. Her response time and efforts has been quick and very professional. Dealing with the owners of the other property and responding to us as soon as there was an update.

It’s been three years now of chasing up water leaks in the building to which no further updates or anything closer to being sorted. Just ignored and brushed aside it seems. emails, phone calls, messages, WhatsApp, leading to nothing.. Three years now.. really nice. EDIT: funny you say that, as I am the owner! You DO have all of my records, yet choose to ignore still!! So that response is ridiculous as your business! Currently in contact with a few of the other lease owners of the building who are all stating the same thing too. We all have records, photos screenshots and emails of everything. Funny that, everyone is completely on the same page with the exact same issues… so.
