HONEST HOME MADE FOOD &DOG FRIENDLY PUBMe and my wife were staying in the area and looked up dog friendly pubs near me.How pleased were we, especially when the food came out...if you're hungry this is the place to eat!The prices are great!We had chilli on nachos and Hunters chicken. I had to finish my wife's chilli as the portion was too big for her!The only suggestion we have for mains...maybe separate the chilli from the nachos in its bowl so they don't go too soggy...We opted for a takeaway desert - blackberry and apple pie with custard...it was delicious and the lemon and lime cheese cake is amazing!All home made food and the NEW LAND LADY HAS ONLY BEEN THERE 4 WEEKS would definitely go back and would recommend it!I've gave a 3 star on atmosphere as it was a middle of the week and quiet.If you're on holiday or a local please give this place a try!

Fantastic home cooked roast. A bit of confusion to start with, however this was easily sorted. Massive portion of fantastic food. I would recommend.

A great little pub that is truly Welsh! The owners were lovely and so welcoming! We stopped for some food and a few drinks. The pies were amazing and homemade, fresh every day. The portions were big and we left happy and full. The pub is very dog friendly and our little pup also had plenty of strokes and love from everyone! Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area. The pub itself could do with some updating but as the owners have just taken over, that is understandable. We had a great evening and so did our pooch!

Excellent Sunday lunch.Beef or turkey. Excellent quality and portions.Great homemade pudding! Sticky toffee pudding brilliant.

Very friendly pub staff and customers very welcoming.Haven't tried food yet so maybe another visit coming up soon.
