Boiler condemned yesterday. New Baxi boiler installed today. Chris was on time tidy, efficient ,polite and professional. Explained how everything worked and set it all up. Tested it and said to ring if we had any other questions. Couldn't have been a better experience.

We used Chris to deal with all our plumbing and heating during a recent house renovation. We were totally impressed by Chris, particularly his 'can do attitude. Nothing was too much trouble. We have no hesitation in recommending All Elements Property Services.Katherine and Howard.

We would definitely recommend Chris. We initially found him on the gas safe register as we needed someone to install a gas hob and kitchen sink. Since then he's become our go-to person for jobs around the house. He has also serviced our boiler and repaired the toilet and dishwasher. He is always friendly, responsive and gets the job done. Prices are always reasonable and he usually sees us quickly. Thanks for your help!

I found All elements on Facebook. I contacted them on messenger and they got back to me straight away and booked me in for a survey of my old heating system. The gentleman that came out to see me was called Chris, he was very polite, punctual and had extensive knowledge of heating systems and boilers. We discussed what I had in mind, and with some input from Chris we had a plan forming.He got me a very competitive quote, and even arranged for a competitive finance deal too. After having a few quotes from other local companies I decided to go with all elements, they had the best overall deal.The day of the installation was arranged, and as agreed Chris arrived on time. He put dustsheets down where he was working, and made sure all my belongings were looked after. The new boiler was fitted, tested and up and running within the day, and it was so neat too, I was very impressed.All in all, I couldn't be happier with my new boiler, it's 10 year warranty, and with All Elements. I can't recommend them highly enough, an honest local company that goes above and beyond to make sure everything goes great. 10/10

Used All Elements recently to service my boiler. Chris was brilliant. He arrived at the appointed time and was extremely professional. Had the job done in no time at all. A grate service for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!!

Can’t thank Chris enough for all of his hard work on my house. He repaired and serviced my boiler, and I was so impressed with his workmanship that I employed him to install my bathroom a few months later. Chris is a rare find these days, a plumber who is reliable, always goes out of his way to help, and is professional and courteous.I had loads of heating problems and had been let down by various other firms. I was led to Chris through a colleague and he came out later the very same day! It was the middle of a very cold Winter and the house was freezing!My options were a new boiler or replacement parts, and Chris gave me all the infornation I needed without pressure. We attempted the latter, based on costs, but it was nigh on impossible to get hold of one of them as the boiler was so old. Eventually, I decided to cut my losses and go for a new boiler. I'm so glad I did, it was fitted yesterday and I'm very pleased with the outcome.Chris has been very helpful throughout and I can't thank him enough for all the help and support he has given me. It was a full day's work to fit the new boiler and clean the system thoroughly. Chris worked hard and you just knew he was doing things properly and with the same care he would give if he was fitting the boiler in his own home. The old pipework was tricky to deal with but it was all sorted neatly and methodically. Chris needed a ton of equipment and space, but it was all cleaned up immaculately at the end. He then explained how it all worked (very simple), and we arranged the servicing for next year.I have absolutely no hesitation in posting this review and recommend Chris highly.Tania, Sandbach

Have used All Elements Property Services for a few jobs I needed doing. Had a new radiator fitted and my boiler serviced by Chris, he arrived on time and got the jobs done in good time! Was very pleased with how tidy he kept things! Will be using them again for any future work needs doing!
