Cannot fault the service here. Fantastic young man (Javvid) was a life saver!I admit to not being tech savvy at all, and my attempts to set up a new phone had gone terribly wrong. Javvid repaired the damage in a polite, professional and good humoured manner. I was in a panic about my lost messages and pictures, and he was very reassuring and promised to do his best. Well, he certainly did that and went way way way over and above the call of duty! He even recovered all my deleted WhatsApp history, which was the thing I was most concerned about. Then after all of that, the bill was very reasonable too!I honestly do not believe there is a better service or prices to be had anywhere else in this area. I will certainly not go looking anywhere else. Javvid informed me he also repairs computers, so my next visit will be to see if he can work his magic on my old dead laptop! (The shop also has an internet cafe).My advice to the owner of the shop is to give him a generous pay rise and do whatever it takes to keep him working for you. His attitude and courtesy, as well as his capability, makes Javvid an exemplary employee who is truly an asset to the business.The only slightly negative thing I must point out for the benefit of anyone making a first visit, is that they don't take credit card payment. So any new customer mustn't forget to have some cash in their pocket.Many thanks, I truly appreciate all you did.100% recommended.

Dreadful DO NOT GO HERE IT'S A SCAMI went to get 2 iPhones and an iPad repaired. A day after the I picked up the devices one of the iPhone screens completely stopped working and the iPad screen started falling off. Obviously I called them and the staff member on the phone said what do you expect to do about it" and "I'm not doing anything

After trying a lot of other computer shops MPC Direct was the only one that could fix mai MacBook Pro.They are very professional,well trained engineers and i was very pleased with there services.I strongly recommend them.

Nice people but couldn't help me

It looks now that their name is A&S Direct.Anyway, I asked them to replace my Sony Xperia Z3 broken screen and after paying quite a lot I've got a cheap compatible screen ( the screen quality is really bad) , a digitizer that was not fit properly ( it looks like the entire screen will fall in the near future) and they also forgot to reconnect the signal antenna ( I had to remove the back cover of my device and reconnect the antenna myself). I strongly recommend everybody to avoid this scam phone repair shop and its wannabe technicians

The staff are very helpfull one i brought 23 phones all damaged and they took there time and done it very well trained and gave it to me the very next day highly recomend people to go to this shop very lovely quallified staff especially the kind hearted boss.
