Big T's American Grill
We ordered from Big T's tonight for the first time, very disappointed . Although the burgers tastied char grilled the toppings that we wanted where in short supply. Cheese sauce on my burger was soaked into the roll, so in effect not there. Gherkins considered of 6 bits ( as big as my finger nail) and 1 tiny half slice of tomato. My husband ordered cheese on his burger , again there appeared to be tiny pieces, grated cheese, I think . Yet again a teaspoon amount!! Chips were skinny type not chunky style . We won't order from them again.

I saw this new company on Wrexham Eats and was excited to try them.I ordered a burger and hot dog and paid but got a call saying they had no hot dogs left so would reimburse me for that if I didn't want anything else, which I didn't.I waited for my burger, which took an hour and a half to arrive (half an hour longer than originally advised) but appreciated they were new and busy, so didn't hold it against them.When my burger finally arrived it didn't have the egg or bacon toppings which I had ordered, so I was quite disappointed and emailed to let them know.They apologised and said they would give me a refund and a voucher, which I was really pleased with....It has now been 4 weeks since I made that first order, I have contacted them 6 times and have yet to receive a refund for the hot dog I never got, any money back for the incorrect burger, or the promised voucher.I gave them more than enough chances to correct their mistakes, but now find myself utterly disappointed by the service.I will not use this company again, and will advise my friends and family not to bother either.

Ordered for the first time tonight and was absolutley delicious. Exactly what we had in mind! Delivered on time and was still hot!

Booked this van for a festival of 320 people months ago. To be told night before event their grill had broke . They wernt sure they could do it. Several messages to them and they would not reply to any messsges which i find very unprofessional. Would not try and book these again as communication is zero from them

Big T's American Grill
First time using these last weekend, food arrived late and only just about warm, disappointed with the actual meal, maybe they were busy I'm not sure. Driver was very polite.
