The gentleman at Ross Watch Repairs was extremely friendly and helpful, explaining everything thoroughly. He promised to get all 3 of my watches fixed in an hour, and he didn’t disappoint. He also advised me where I needed to go for my 4th watch which was still under a warranty. An excellent service, thank you.If I had one criticism, it’s just that Ross watch repairs isn’t well signposted, but that may down to restrictions in the Shard Arcade.
