The charge points provided are good I'm sure BUT what use are they to someone towing a caravan?If I did park the caravan in the caravan area and apply all the locks as my insurance would insist, then drove to the charge points, there is no way back to collect my caravan. If I could drive back to my caravan it would still be a real faff.

Really poor. Constantly declined my card payment even though there’s money on it and when I do get it to work, over time it looses connection with my car, even when I’ve had NO problems with other charge points, even other gridserve charge points. The support contact team were of no help either. The first person just passed me onto someone else who I got no reply from.

Literally green, with a grass roof. Pies & cakes cooked on the premises. Nice seating outside as well as in.

Charger only works with app but app refused to authenticate my card details that I have used previously. Dreadful! Should be tap & charge. Off to nearest Instavolt in Gloucester where I know it'll just work.

Good charging experience, my first with gridserve. Also great eco-shops, food, toilets and sitting area. Well done. However I was very lucky because a queue of 4 vehicles soon gathered and everyone wanted the only 2 available CCS cables. More terminals PLEASE

OK only around 30kw with two other cars plugged in, better when one went. Very long leads, I used the charger two bays away.

Eventually got this to work, but it only does one car at a time, not the two that it appears to be set up for. Also, there doesn't seem to be any way of getting a receipt. Is there a way?

4 parking lots, however 2 devices can only charge 2 cars simultaneously. Lots of spare connectors though which confuse ev drivers
