Recently refurbished. Nice place but could do with a lot more power sockets. Seating can be limited when it's busy.

I've had good and bad experiences. The last one put me off. The tray I got was soaking wet and had some brown goo on it which I only saw after I'd sat down. The glass they gave me for my tea was dirty, when I asked for another one it was also dirty, 3rd one was fine. It's a shame because Costa is usually a great brand but this specific branch has issues.

Mixed feelings about this Costa. It's not very big and during busy times the queue can be long and good seating can be limited.Staff are great and friendly. Coffee is always good. Would benefit from always having 3 staff on duty.

Takeaway service very poor baps were ready and had to wait 10 mins for a lattee so they were cold. Offered to reward them but would not risk food poisoning from reheated food so not aware of risks either BE WARNED !!

Very poor service!! Rude on arrival,strawberry and cream frappe tastes and looks nothing like it has done or should.Not very welcoming,one lady with blonde and purple hair is extremely rude and abrupt to myself and partner.Won't be visiting this Costa again!! Disgraceful

This has to be one of the busiest Costa Coffees I've ever seen outside of London. A constant stream of customers queuing but always quickly served. The staff were always smiling and always pleasant despite how busy they were.
