Visited the carpet shop in Abbey Road Torquay, placed an order for Vinyl flooring. They measured up gave me a quote. after eighteen days was given a date to lay the flooring. They did not bother to turn up or cancel, waited in total twenty days for nothing. These people are totally unreliable. not too be recommended, that's for sure. Am very, very disappointed in them.

After giving this company a lot of business over the years our last experience was a total disaster. After six weeks from measuring , loads of text, phone calls and voice messages to which we received no replies and no floor covering. I visited the shop to get my key back but no key to be found ! .I would avoid this very unprofessional carpet shop and never recommend them. Totally unreliable. !

What a joke totally unreliable. Was recommended by a friend three no shows then finally turned up with all the excuses under the sun. Telephone call to follow up with a reply he would ring back in ten minutes. Three months later and nothing. Zero customer service my advice avoid like the plague.

Proper unreliable service. Nearly been a week since they arranged to come and still no phone call back or didn't even bother to cancel. I'd recommend Chlamydia more than I would this place.

Unreliable. Arranged 14.30 for measuring and quote. 30 mins late I ring to ask what’s happening and told he is on the way. The shop is 1 mile away. Another hour passes and still does not arrive. Shame, previous experiences have been good.
