The counter staff INDIAN CHINESE n PETER are the BEST cashier in this bookmaker. I have ask a lot of their customers which most of them are my friend which I know here since 2017.THE ONLY I WANT TO COMPLAINING IS THE TOLIET WAS OUT OF ORDER FOR 3 YEARS They keep telling us to us next door which is MCDONALD.Some time they didn't like us because we are not their customers. I Had complained to their AREA MANGER WHICH SHE OVERSEE ALL WILLIAM HILL BRANCH IN MANCHESTER. She promised she will solve it.SHE is a lair. She just want to entertain us n do nothing. What shame.SO I BEG THE SENIOR MANGAMENT IN LEEDS OFFICE WILL LOOK INTO THIS PROBLEM SERIOUSLY.
