As a buyer you rarely see the product. As the recipient you don't complain, BUT believe me the flowers were bad. Delivered to the wrong address and then resend on the wrong day. Save your money go elsewhere.

Spent 30 pounds on flowers that have arrived half head and literally bit in a Starbucks cup because they were too small for a vase. When contacted the seller, told that's just how they are. What a waste of money. Would not recommend

Their response to emails gives false information, was told my items would be delivered the next day (28th March) and still don’t have the items I have purchased (2nd April)

Ordered £25 bunch of flowers for my mums birthday. When they arrived at 6.30pm they were the scrawniest bunch of flowers I'd ever seen. I was ashamed to say they were from me. And the free chocolate was were a tiny box of Lindores with 4 in the box. As for using local florists, we live in Northumberland and ours came from Milton Keynes. I know full well there's a florest in the town where she lives. I'll definitely be getting them from there next time.Total waste of mo ey. Buy your flowers from asdaor a local florest instead

Very disappointed in the size of the large" bouquet. Bought for my wife and delivered to her work for our anniversary. I feel embarrassed that they look so cheap. No better than a bunch of supermarket flowers which would have been a third of the price"

The flowers and gifts arrived separately. Gifts were a day late and flowers three days late.The card was with the flowers, so the recipient didn't know who had sent gifts, from a florist, without flowers or any indication who had sent them. Really embarrassing and very poor service. PLEASE AVOID!They also hand pick good reviews for there website and claim to have a 5 star rating! Pretty scammy.
