Adel was great and very friendly. Free forkliftkng if 48 hours notice given in advanced. App needs work and the corridors are a tad narrow but can still fit a non overhanging pallet through. Plenty of space for europallets. Ample parking most times of the day but a little hard to manoeuvre for arctics and containers.

Excellent storage facility… and very helpful staff with special thank to Armeet, Adina and Adel. I used the facility for one year only when I rented a storage unit in their Beckton facilities, and my experience during this period has been fantastic… the facility is modern, clean, reasonably priced its location was ideal for me.

Everyone is super nice and courteous. Adina showed me around the place and she was incredibly patient and helpful. She explained everything to me perfectly. The place is very clean and they have a lot of trolley to make everything smooth and easy. The app system is super simple and easy to use.

Arranging storage with Attic Beckton, was an absolute dream. Armeet in sales followed up my online inquiry with a polite phonemail. She wasn't at all pushy, but gave me just the little nudge I needed to do what I'd been meaning to do for ages to move office furniture's from Shurgard Self Storage due to high cost! The excellent service I received from Armeet continued when I arrived at the storage facility. The staff are super helpful and everything is so perfect including 24hrs access, way cheaper, app-controlled locks on all units (I was so tired of typing codes and using keys for access) and well organised. Not forgetting Lex, the best manager for the job. He always makes sure you're getting the best services and flexible to meet your needs.Thank you for a stress free experience.

I've been at the Beckton store for two months now. When I saw their online offer with a quote from Miss Adina, I went for it without hesitation. I thought to myself, if I didn't like the storage unit, I could always switch to a different one.The location of the Beckton branch is perfect. It's right in the middle of the shopping center, so if you're running a business, you can easily keep your stock nearby. And that's exactly what I did.When I got my locker, it was completely empty. But Mr. Adel helped me out by getting all the boxes, cases, and bubble wrap I needed to store my stuff. What's great about this store is that they offer free WiFi, 24-hour access, and charging points in my locker. So my phone's battery anxiety disappeared, and I automatically wanted to spend more time there. I also wondered if I was allowed to print shipping labels from my storage locker, so I found out that I can.There are working pods on the ground floor that offer tea, coffee, clean toilets, WiFi, and charging points. What's more, the place isn't crowded with unfriendly people. And all of this only cost me £50 per month, less than the price of my morning coffee! Miss Armeet even gave me one day to try it out to see if I liked it. And after that trial, I was hooked and decided to cancel my WeWork subscription.As the owner of a rapidly growing startup, I found the perfect place to store my stuff. The place is in great condition, even though there's not enough cutlery in the office. But for only £50, I can't really ask for more!

Just moved out today and wanted to leave these people a review. Super friendly and helpful staff working in a really nice self storage. I met Adel Armeet and she was so considerate to offer to downsize the unit I booked online to save me money. This is my first time working with a self storage and it was a fantastic experience. The place is so tidy and clean, not damp at all which is really important for my use. The whole place is technology equipped and you unlock all doors and lifts with your phone.

I couldn't wish for a better storage experience, everything is excellent about Attic! A very quick check-in and check-out, 24-h access to the units, friendly staff. The building and the units are very clean, there's always light and radio on, you feel safe at whatever hour you decide to come. I Recommend!
