Absolutely appalling service. We has to travel from Aylesbury because for some odd reason they can't give one closer to home. Appointment was for 4.30pm. We got there 15 mins early to be seen at 4.40 then told to wait. We were told that the MRI would take 10 -12 mins. At 4.55 we were told that the scan would take 20 mins it toke over 45 mins. The gentleman was rude and arrogant to say the least. To find out afterwards they done the wrong foot and have to do the other one. Absolutely useless they can't even read what they should be checking.

The service from this place gets worse. Got sent a letter for an appointment today to arrange booking in an appointment. They called me today as per the letter to say we have no appointments call us back in 3 weeks!! Talk about wasting tax payers money. If you just booked an appointment instead of sending a letter for a call to book an appointment. So ridiculous. At least the commissioners are aware

Arrived a couple of minutes late for an early morning appointment as there were no parking spaces available. As a result was made to wait 50 minutes for an x-ray that took less that 2 minutes

WOW. A year ago they lost my results. I was at the doctors a few months ago trying to at least get somewhere other than square 1, to be told they would not send me here again because of it. Check the reviews many others have lost results too. Yet they just called me about the next one, so what is the point! Everyone blames me for not getting the help I need yet when I do I don't get results! Not to mention I have an allergy and was supposed to be changed to abdominal from transvaginal. I went with a full bladder because I was promised abdominal, sat 30 minutes with painful need to pee, for nothing. They refused to do it that way and never received the note to, and due to the condition I am also trying to get a diagnosis on, the ultrasound left me in tears from pain (endometriosis) which is a lot to go through especially for NO results from it. Such an invasive procedure for NOTHING. I am NEVER going to get help and my pain is unbearable!

I had an appointment yesterday at 4.30pm, with a very rude women blonde with glasses and short hair, who didn't even present herself, which was totally lacking common sense and very disrespectful toward me.I was treated very badly while I was there and she didn't even wanted to scan me external because she was too repulsive to do her work under the pretext that she didn't receive from my GP this type of scan external, only internal scan, which I had already done it 3 times at GP and the result was good.I tried to explain to her 20 minutes that I had been send specifically for this ultrasound scan but she didn't want to understand at all and she told me that everything will show normal on my scan anyway without even wanting to scan me and it was nothing more to do, (how can you tell someone that without taking a look first??!) even that I was in a lot of pain and a history with cysts and constant pain to my ovaries, I needed a clear result and a proper treatment.She showed an extraordinary insensitivity and incompetence toward me and after much insistence, she hardly did it.She even mock me at some point asking me ''if I can understand English'' in a superior tone. After she finished scanning, she told me in disgust that everything was fine even though it wasn't and told me to call my GP.Before leaving, she showed me the door in an outrageous disgrace turning her back on me, without even saying goodbye.I hope they will send me the scan back to my GP in proper time and receive my results, otherwise I will take further action.I was totally discriminated, she needs to be ashamed of her and someone needs to review her inappropriate behavior.

I received an appointment within two days and was seen promptly at my appointment time.The test report was issued in two days (at a weekend) and when it was not received by my (extremely short-staffed due to Covid) GP's surgery, the very helpful staff sent it a total of three times to ensure receipt by others at the surgery.

I have given Practice Plus Group Diagnostics 5 Stars for the following 6 reasons and for the outstanding level of service received during my visit to them.1 The level of services provided by the receptionist to the doctors was very professional and caring. I was referred by my GP for an Chest XRay and my experience at the Practice Plus Group Diagnostic Merlin Centre branch was memorable. All the staff I have come across have been very kind, caring and passionate at what they was doing.2 The premises is large and I found it to be clean, tidy and good hygiene levels during my visit. Each of the appointment rooms are well equipped and the right machines. They have a large waiting area where social distance measures are put in place with hand sanitizers, face masks also provided. All the signage was clear and readable near the front entrance main waiting area.3 PPE All staff wear PPE from face masks, to gloves and other accessories needed. They also have a temperature hand machine and several hand sanitizers stands at the Practice Plus Group Centre.4 Parking They have 4 to 5 Disabled parking spaces right near the main entrance and they also have about 30 to 35 free car park spaces for all the patients who are attending for their appointments. I had no difficulties finding a parking space as normally its very difficult to find a parking space at hospitals, surgeries or health care centres. PPG had plenty of spaces.5 The receptionists are lovely, very friendly and welcoming when dealing with appointment enquiries. I have spoken to several of their receptionists and I could see how passionate they were in dealing with my appointment and the level of service I received was excellent.6 My appointment was made by Cressex Health Centre who is my local GP. They made the referral and the PPG had arranged appoint very quickly. I was very impressed with the level of care and support during my visit to the PPG.I highly recommend Practice Plus Group to friends and family as they see NHS Patients and also Private Patients.

Very positive experience here today. Receptionist very friendly and efficient. Annabelle, who performed my wife's Echo was professional, friendly and very kind. She couldn't ask for anything better. Thank you
