Women on the phone is shocking at customer service and needs to learn a customer service as she can come across rather rude.Also booked a job in and no one turned up Called the business and they said they had forgot absolutely shocking.Do not use.

Bought underlay and carpet for three rooms for my small one bedroom bungalow costing one thousand pounds looked fantactic when fitted two years on it can be seen the carpet is seperated fom the backing in lot of places causing doors to ruck up the carpet.i do not recommend very pricey cheap carpet

Very helpful when choosing our lovely carpet. Due to an issue on our part had to delay the fitting. The shop and fitter were very accomodating, storing our large carpet for an extra 3 weeks with no extra charge for the storage or for the very short notice cancelling the fitter. The carpet was fitted on a saturday very well by a lovely polite gentleman, this was great, i didn't have to take any time off work, no mess left. Will be going back for other floor coverings required, as customer service and product excellent. Many thanks to your carpet shop.

Mark supplied the artificial grass for our back garden and the vinyl for our bathroom. From start to finish Mark was extremely helpful and professional and nothing was too much trouble for him. He's a really nice guy and always happy to help. His prices are really reasonable and he actively talked to us about cheaper options. Thanks Mark will be using again in the future and would 110% recommend

Shocking service here I would avoid at all costs! Ordered a piece of carpet mat for my hallway. Gave the correct measurements and stood in the shop whilst it was cut outsid3in the street. Completely trusted it would be cut the right way. Carpet mats are obviously supposed to lie horizontal. Realised at home it had been cut so the lines were vertical. Returned to the shop to discuss. Response was 'not my problem' wouldn't even entertain he had made an error. Definately wouldn't recommend.
