Didnt turn up at prearranged time. When I rang them, they said it would be another hour or so. They could have rung me but didnt. I don't use unreliable firms. You only get one chance to make a first impression.

I phoned Mr.Gutter last week, he said he was on holiday but he would be at my house on Tuesday 25th July first thing , it's now 10.30am no sign of him .Not a great start ?

Contacted Mr Gutter after having waited 3 months with another company. Lee came out same day and gave me a quote, and then came a did the work less than a week later. He was on time, efficient and transparent about the work done and the costs. We’re really happy with the finished result - highly recommend!
