Ring them 7 times not one answer the service is no good . 24 hours open do not answer the phone call.

I visited the Mercedes dealership to purchase some service parts for my van. The counter staff were very polite, well knowledgeable & informative. Whilst I waiting for my parts, they had a counter for customers to help themselves with coffee machine for FREE. Very nice of mercedes, especially due to the cold outside.

Appalling customer service. The least I expect of an MOT is for a courtesy phone call to let us know when it’s done, and whether it’s passed or failed. Receptionist was so rude. Customer service was the worst I’ve ever encountered at a garage. I expected better from a reputable company like Mercedes!!

5 stars I would give 10 if possible, Dave on the parts counter is a legend. He always goes above and beyond to help and get you the correct parts, this guy is a massive asset to Mercedes always cheerful and smiling. Keep up the good work buddy you need a promotion but stay on the counter at the same time.

Had my vito booked in for Wednesday morning phoned them Wednesday at 4.30 didn't answer my calls at least 7times then I phoned again chose truck service the bloke sed ill pass ur message on waited next day for call nothing then I phoned them at 4pm on Thursday the woman on the phone put me on hold came back and sed they checking it now im a taxi driver self employed can't afford to be messed about bestBe aware full of lies neva buy or deal with mercedes eva again

Called for a part last week they told me it was in stock. Arrived a couple hours after calling and they advised part is not in stock but was showing available on the computer. When calling a parts place you expect them to physically check for an item before telling you to arrive, this was a huge inconvenience for me having travelled quite a distance in rush hour traffic. I called today and asked if the part is now in stock was told yes. I arrived at the building after sitting in traffic once again to realise that they are closed. Now I have to return once again.. I understand that problems may occur but would have been grateful to receive some kind of notification as I had booked the item and had advised the time at which I would arrive.

My work van was serviced at my home on Saturday, I decided to move it six feet back to its normal spot on the Sunday and to my horror my brakes didn't work. The van was taken to Midlands Truck and Hire, two days later Laura informed me that the van was ready. It turns out that there was no brake fluid in my system. The guys had thoroughly checked the van and I was able to drive away with confidence once I finished my delicious complimentary hot chocolate.

speedometer (cluster) in my vito went dark so I asked Midlands trucks to get me a price for a new one and they wanted over £1,300 for it fitted, I couldn't justify that kind of money for a van worth 5k, so I bought a second hand one and fitted it my self and went to Midlands trucks to transfer the milage over, they charged me £156 for checking it (which I very much doubt they did) told me can't be done as its a used part and that's why they recommend me to buy a new one, went to an auto electronic shop and it took them 5 min to transfer milage over. Never felt so ripped off before.

Today Thursday night 24 hours service is very bad no body opne the door and ever answering phone calls even may another day trying night service is just mentioning 24 hours and also part not available even given time date no promises complete I'm removed don't believe this disappointing
