Harriet has brought me so much confidence throughout my pregnancy journey as a first time mum. Harriet is beyond amazing at what she does. I've been to a few of her restorative classes and workshops and she has this beautiful way of making you feel so safe and comfortable in her presence. Also absolutely love her meditations!! She is such a light. Highly recommend her classes!!

I loved the pregnancy yoga classes, I have attended them with 2 pregnancies. Great place to get some 'me' time, stretch, relax and meet other expectant mothers.I also did the hypnobirthing class with Harriet, this made my labour so much easier as I felt more in control and understood my body more.Highly recommend. I cannot thank Harriet enough for her support.

Harriet's classes are a beautiful inclusive and safe space and work wonders for mind and body. As she is also an experienced midwife I wouldnt hesitate to recommend her to any of my pregnant friends too :)

Harriet's yoga class was such a lovely way to spend an evening a week during pregnancy. A great space to chill, stretch take some time out and meet other mums to be in the area. The breathing techniques were also fab during pregnancy and birth and I'm so thankful for Harriet's advice to teach the reset breath to our birth partner as this was invaluable during labour. The poses and stretches have also been great during post partum recovery. Thank you so much Harriet.

I started pregnancy yoga with Harriet when I started having SPD during my second pregnancy. The classes were great and very relaxing, and I made a great group of friends through the group too! Would highly recommend!

This yoga class is the best start to my week. Love the yoga and stretches with a few mindfulness exercises, I always feel great afterwards.
