Ordered over the phone and delivery arranged quickly. Great price and good quality material, although there was a split piece that was exchanged without question. However, the star of the show for me was Charlie who delivered the decking. A very helpful young man with a quiet sense of humour who didn't even want a cup of tea or coffee for his efforts! Thanks Charlie. :o)

The guy dropped all the fencing parts in front of our house, near the street. My pregnant girlfriend asked if he could place them just two meters further behind the fence because we had agreed with the contractor for a different delivery date, and no one informed us about this delivery. His reaction was, It's not my problem!" Well
