Bath (Bus Station)
Doors didn't open when the bus was 3 minutes out, the bus staff enjoyed laughing that we had missed our bus and informed us there was a taxi station at the railway. Lived in Bath for 13 years and have never had anything but awful experiences with first bus.

This excellent station is right next to the train station, as public transport should be - councils take heed!!It has 16 stands and national Express do also call in here - occasionally stands 14,15 & 16 are use for Rail Replacement buses but the screen with all local bus departures CAN not cope with this and the change (software is only as good as the programme and should be easy to adapt)Not all buses call into the bus station and depart from near by but there are maps aroundHas an inside bit for passengers to wait

A good bus station thats often really busy. This bus station has busses to alot of destination and also has a bay for the national express services. There is toilets, vending machine and a photo booth. The information office is closed and has been for a while but there is always drivers hanging about that should be able to help you. This bus station needs more seating and better signage on each bay so as you walk in you can look along and see the bay number and bus number so you can head straight to your bay and also one of the led matrix sighns that's tells you when your bus is due near the middle of the bus station that would be helpful. The bus station is not heated wich I understand because all the doors are always open but ways around that and the bay doors to access the busses often don't work and alot of pidgins nesting above the doorsIt's a good bus station for getting places but needs alot that would bring my stars up

Enough seats for commuters to wait until their bus gets on the Bay. Well lit and spacious. Connecting to almost all parts of the West of England.

A good regular timetable BUT the drivers are often grumpy old codgers.A smile and gentle braking would be appreciated.Secondly, the staff and customers who smoke everybody out in front of the bus station is revolting. Please choose a designated area away from the public. Around the back for example.

Semi-enclosed, lots of glass, and close to the Rail station. Clean, good facilities. Automatic bus doors and plenty of information available. However, although it's big, and bigger than the previous bus station, it's still not big enough for Bath: Several services have to stop in the streets outside, and this overspill now continues for quite some distance. Maybe it should've carried on into what's now a shopping plaza; maybe it needs satelite station(s).

On Friday I made a trip to Bath, on my return journey I picked the bus up from the bus station. Outside the station I could not believe how dirty it was, the inside was worse! The glass around the whole Station was disgusting. What visitors to Bath first see, getting off a bus is letting Our City down. I know we have to live with covid but places like this bus station need to be kept clean on a daily cleaning program.
