Sarah has a lovely, warm coaching style, which feels more like chatting with a friend and yet is constructive and effective. I finished with my employer of 27 years in December 2020 and knew this was going to be a big change for me. I’d spent time reading about how to adapt to not working but never really thought about a life coach until somebody recommended Sarah to me. I arranged the first face to face with her in March 2021, not really knowing what to expect. I have found Sarah very adept at asking the right questions at the right time and really getting me to think about the issue on my mind – I am amazed how I can achieve so much in the time I have with her and come away with real clarity. Sarah let’s you dictate the frequency of meetings to suit yourself and I particularly find asking me to summarise the session at the end useful.

Sarah was instrumental in making some tough professional decisions when we worked together. Decisions that have now paid huge dividends in so many ways.
