Very poor and unprofessional service. I was not informed about a missed appointment fee and shocked when I was charged £15 when trying to rearrange. I didn't have to return to the shop, but out of common courtesy I wanted to inform them of why I couldn't make my appointment. Only then was I told about a missed appointment fee! As a small business owner myself I always make sure that terms and conditions are made clear to customers at the time of booking. This is extremely unprofessional and although I paid the fee, you have lost a customer and I will make sure to tell my friends and family to go elsewhere when looking for a barber!!In response to your reply: I was not provided with a business card until after I paid. This kind of information should be made clearer upon booking, which would be the professional thing to do. Despite the fact that I was next door - as per your small print states, 24 hrs notice must be given for cancellations, which I was also unaware of. Therefore, even if I did cancel earlier I still would've been charged a fee. I suggest in future you make people aware of this kind of information BEFORE they book with you. I could have not come in at all but the reason I paid is because I am a man of integrity, but as I stated, I will take my business elsewhere from now on.

Customer service was great, they offerd drinks if you needed one, offerd kids sweets. Have a good relationship with customers and good understanding of what they needed to do, they were nice people and overall have the drippest cuts alive. Definitely coming back
