The loveliest jewellers! Can not recommend them enough! I was trying to get hold of a Silver&Co necklace that was out of stock for quite awhile, the lovely lady kept me updated most weeks to weather or not they was able to get hold of one for me. As soon as they was able to order it in for me she called and I purchased it over the phone with no hassle at all! She posted it out first classes singed for on the same day so I had peace of mind that it would arrive shortly to me safely! The necklace is stunning and can’t wait to wear it!

Travelled 25 miles to the Elgin shop today 27/12/17 because your website stated that you were open. It still says your open and will close soon (5.00). Shop was closed. Thanks!!!

I'm heartbroken that this jewellers would not accept responsibility for a missing stone in a ring of mine that they sent away for adjusting. When I came to collect the ring on the prearranged day, they told me the jeweller couldn't adjust it. I would have expected a call beforehand to let me know this. Stupidly I didn't look closely at the ring when I took it back and only noticed when I got home that the stone was missing. They maintain that it was there when they gave it back. I cannot believe that it's a coincidence that the first time in over 30 years the ring has been out of my hands that a stone comes out. They quoted their disclaimer and would not accept any responsibility. They said they might be able to look at a 'discount' for replacing the stone (I refused). This ring is completely unique and one of my most treasured possessions. I will not trust Littles with any of my jewellery in the future.

Very helpful and friendly staff. There are two shops in the centre of the town both worth a visit.
