Between the Bridges is very well positioned. All the equipment you could need and spotless clean. Owner kept in touch especially when the river started flooding re-ensuring us it would not be a problem. Only problem was next door smoking on the balcony (not sure if the owners can do anything about that).

Sue and the team are excellent. They treat you with care and attention, just like being one of the family. We have been in a few of the holiday apartments, but this one cannot be beaten for being handy for the city. Literally 30 seconds and you are there. That said, Sanctuary apartment is in a quiet area. The apartment had everything you need for a comfortable stay. We loved our week there in October. I know we will be back.

Four of us stayed in this lovely 6th floor apartment for 5 nights. It is so tastefully decorated, the bedrooms are roomy and the lounge very comfortable. Beautiful views too. The apartment has everything you might want for a luxury stay, and it is so central too. I think my only, very slight negative, is that we stayed the first week in September which was very hot. Despite the small air cons, the lounge felt uncomfortably hot. Perhaps some blinds would help, especially if we are going to have hotter summers.

Beautiful, stylish apartment. Just shouts quality. We were even asked if we would like to arrive early to avoid traffic. So close to the centre of York. Parking is across the road in a small public carpark and is included in the price of your stay. There are even high quality toiletries provided.

My wife ande I stayed at one of the properties managed by York Luxury Holidays and our experience exceeded expectations - they are what it says on the tin, Luxury Holidays. Whilst the apartment we stayed in was outstanding in every way (accommodation, equipment, decor, location) it was the service that we experienced from Stephen and his team that really stood out. We had a minor issue with the shower in the apartment - their resposne was outstanding and their customer centric approach a stand out feature. I highly recommend York Luxury Holidays based on this experience and we will be staying with them again.

We stayed in Apartment 5 for 3 nights in Jun 2023. The apartment was absolutely brilliant and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was modern, beautifully furnished and with excellent facilities. Claire (the owner) met us at the property and was very friendly and welcoming. She was also kind enough to provide wine, a gift for my daughter, and tea, coffee, etc. We loved our stay and would definitely return.

York Luxury Holidays are absolutely brilliant. They are so helpful in every way. We had parcels delivered before we arrived and they were so delightful about accepting them and keeping them safe for us.They are true professionals going the extra mile for their guests.This is the second time we have used them when visiting York from Australia. I would not think of using anybody else.Their properties are premium quality and are kept to the highest standard.They turn a holiday into a pleasure trip.

The house was lovely and modern with all facilities provided. It was within easy walking distance from the town and station. Nice courtyard garden to sit in and have lunch, especially as it was so hot when we visited. I would certainly recommend it although you would have to be reasonably fit to manage the stairs.

I recently stayed at Apartment No 5, having stayed in this apartment block before and family had stayed in this apartment before. It is a perfect location for walking into York and has the added bonus of a parking space just across the road. The apartment is superb, fabulous decoration throughout, very appealing to me. The luxury added to my break away. Everything is thought of, from tea and coffee in the cupboard to shower gels, shampoo etc in the bathroom. The apartment is very comfortable and very well equipped should you wish to cook. I would very highly recommend this apartment for a holiday/break. I look forward to returning.
