The Refinery - Student Accommodation Leeds

Been living at The Refinery for over a month now, amazing room, amazing facilities, within walking distance of all universities and city centre. Couldn't ask for better staff members, would 100% recommend to any students moving to Leeds

The most friendly & understanding staff I have ever experienced in my 6 years of university life. Although the building is new the staff works very well together & are very organised. During the tough times of COVID-19 they still did their absolute best the best to maintain safety.

Best student accommodation in Leeds, staff are really helpful and nice, security 24/7, you feel safe and welcome as a student. Staff also offer support with any sort of issues which is much appreciated. Couldn’t think of a better accommodation to live in.

Great accomodation with amazing communial areas and fabulous staff would definitly recommend to any student moving to leeds!! 15 minute walk to leeds beckett and 10 to uni of leeds, always things to do around the accomodation with great atmosphere!

Very good reception! Big space for a studio!As someone who likes to walk, its distance to the city center and the library makes me satisfied every day.

Such an amazing place to live, I can't wait to rebook next year! Jen, Steph and Harley have been brilliant they are so lovely and welcoming. The events through the year are so, fun and a really great way to socialise and meet people in the building. The quality and price of the rooms / building are unbeatable! Hands down best place for students to live in Leeds!

Super modern accommodation. It has a gym, free pool table, plenty of hanging out areas, a cinema and a rooftop terrace.I can't get over how big the kitchen is, with a TV and plenty of prep space.The bedrooms are really nice too, with plenty of storage space underneath (I fit 4 storing boxes and more). You have a proper shower, with LED lighting around the huge mirror. You also have a long mirror in your bedroom.The building is super safe and if you're worried about your parcels being stolen, don't, because it's all held in reception until you go down and collect it.It's about a 15 minute walk from town, 15 minute walk to the train station and it's next to other student accommodations.The staff are so friendly, chilled and nice! Definitely recommend to any students coming to Leeds.

I haVe beeb living at this acc for about 2 months. Everything here is great not only the room but also facilities and staffs. The room is well organised there are plenty of space for me. To be brief, this place is worth for renting.

I came to visit my friend who stays in the studio section and I must say it's good for the price as a luxury student accomodation. The room was quaint and well planned. I like the bathroom too. I personally think it's worth the price and location (close proximity) if you can afford it. Also went to Manchester and found more accomodation for students. I guess pretty much where you are , you can get a student accomodation from Unite Students.
