My ears were extremely blocked and I was struggling to hear out of my left ear. I booked an appointment with Roy and within about 12 minutes, my ears were completely cleared and I could hear again. The procedure was quick and painless and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone struggling with a similar issue!

I have now used ECHC on three occasions and each one has been carried out in a thoroughly professional and friendly manner. The new micro-suction equipment is awesome making the entire process even quicker than before. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else and would recommend to anyone.

I'd been experiencing muffled hearing in both ears and decided to visit Ear Clear Hearing Care Ltd to get it checked out. After a short medical questionnaire I was seen by an audiologist called Katherine who showed me that I had a wax buildup. I then had microsuction performed on both ears, which took around 20 minutes. The procedure was mostly painless (for me one of my ears was badly blocked and the suction was a little uncomfortable at times). As soon as the procedure finished I could immediately hear much better.Both the reception and the audiologist were friendly and informative and helped to ease any worries I had. I would definitely go back in the future if I have any further ear problems.

Having had an infected ear through water syringing three years ago and having always felt pain with that process the alternative of ear suction is a winner. Easy, painless and quick. Worth every penny. As regards Ear Clear Hearing Care they have a well positioned shop. Spotlessly clean with well trained charming staff. The whole process was professional and I ended up with my hearing in good shape. Well done and highly recommended.

Very professional service from start to finish! I had one ear totally blocked and the other partially blocked with wax. I read the great reviews on here and made an appointment for the same day online which was very easy & convenient. I had both ears micro suctioned and it was a painless excercise, even though I had a small ear infection in my left ear. I could hear perfectly out of both ears afterwards and was told to go back after a few weeks as a follow up after the infection was treated. Went back and flushed out both ears with warm water & now my ears are perfectly cleaned. Roy & receptionist were always polite & provided an excellent service. Highly recommend this place!!!

I went yesterday Saturday 4th November for an ear cleanse as my hearing is not quite right, my ears were photographed, I was then shown the pictures with the reason behind my hearing explained.The whole process was painless very quick and carried out by a brilliant audiologist. If I have any problems in future I would definitely be going back.

My confirmation text message gave good information about parking. I also received a polite reminder text the day before my appointment. Staff at Coulby Newham were welcoming and professional. The procedure was clearly explained to me, and then it was carried out most efficiently. In a short space of time both of my ears were clear. The relief is huge!
