Contacted Como Associates to get a home buyer survey done on a property I am purchasing. Jamie had it booked in within the week and survey back to us promptly. Survey was thorough and they even recommended trades people to complete any work that needed doing that was flagged in the survey. 5* service

Jamie conducted a survey on the property we are buying. He was easy to contact, quick to book in the job in and to turn around the report for us. We found the report and accompanying pictures really helpful and thorough, and clear enough to understand. I had some questions which Jamie discussed with me over the phone the next day. Jamie did a great job carrying out a homebuyers report for us, the use of drones meant we got an excellent look at the state of the building in it's entirety. What can I say about these guys! They built our 4 bed detached house from scratch (we first saw it and put an offer in it just after the stairs went in) and we must say we’ve been impressed since the beginning. Professional, friendly, amazing communications all the way through. They are perfectionists, want to do a great job and are proud of their work. We’ve been in nearly a year now and even on some small (expected) snagging they’ve gone beyond the call of duty more than they need to. Would highly recommend them for any building work, I realise how blessed we were having them as our builders when I see the issues friends and family have had with theirs! Jamie is a legend (the quickest replies ever on WhatsApp!), Henry is too and Lawrence what a guy. It warms my heart that there are builders out there like these guys

Would love to say a big thank you to this company for their all round support with my renovation project. Jamie surveyed the property before I purchased it and found defects which I would of not known existed! This helped me reduce the sale price with the vendor. Upon moving in Henry assisted us with drawings for our extension works. These were all in 3D and looked amazing! Henry guided us through the whole planning process from start to finish. The contractors also found his building regulation drawings very clear and easy to work from. I can’t speak highly enough of these guys! Thank you!

We recently used Como Associates for home buyer survey. Jamie was fantastic right from start to end. Their survey report was detailed, easy to understand and with detailed pictures (some of which i believe were captured using drone too).Jamie was very professional and took time to go over the details over the phone.
