I initially made an enquiry on facebook, Dan called me from Glideline and asked what we were looking for. I told him what we were trying to achieve and he made some valid suggestions, pointed out great ideas and ultimately gave us the best option for the limited space we have.After mulling the price over for a couple of days we called Dan and got the bifold doors ordered we were told a lead time was 4 - 6 weeks... they had the doors here at my property in just under the 4 weeks... so very happy indeed!The door fitters (we used our own) commented of how sturdy the doors are and the quality is impressive.The doors are in, we have been using them for a few weeks and they are just delightful - much more light, much more air flow and our neighbours envy our new doors and custom glass!Thank you Dan and the rest of the team at Glideline!

We bought our large ceiling height 4 pane sliding slimline patio doors from Glideline last year and have been really impressed with the quality of the product, installation and support service we received. It was by far the most expensive single purchase we made for our house renovation project, but one that has entirely transformed our home and is worth every penny.Although we experienced a set back due to initial miscommunication, I must stress that the service we received from the manager/owner Dave and the installers was second to none, can't thank them enough. The product is beautiful, looks really high-end and functions as expected.There are a number of suppliers of aluminium sliding doors in the UK, but out of all the companies I've dealt with (when receiving quotes and dealing with their sales and technical teams), Glideline have been the most professional, helpful and responsive. In addition, the prices of their high quality slimline doors are really competitive. You will need a builder to measure the opening and check the technical drawings of your order to avoid any surprises during your fit, unless you opt for Glideline fitting service. We had experience of both and we found Glideline fitters to be very knowledgeable, fast and respectful of our home, so if you want things to go really smoothly and without any headaches, I'd opt for Glideline install and fit service.Highly recommended

Glideline were fantastic from start to finish. Their products beat all competitors on price (for the exact same product) and the customer service was brilliant. We purchased the GS20 sliding doors, and had lots of questions about size, install etc which Henry helped us with every time. We would definitely recommend.

It's difficult to navigate the sliding door market. Its a little overwhelming when you start out researching but I'm so glad I stumbled across Glideline. Honestly, Glideline, and Sarah in particular, have been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish.Glideline made the entire process feel so easy. It was a bonus to receive my glazing (1 x sliding door, 1 x casement window) well in advance of the initial quoted timeframe and the installers where very efficient and respectful.The product itself looks great. Very sleek design which make the glazing look great both internally and externally. I would have uploaded photos if it wasn't for the fact that I'm currently half way through the loft renovation and the glazing is currently very well protected. As such, the phots wouldn't do the product justice at this time. If google reviews allow, I'll update my review in a few weeks with pictures included.To summarise, I would 100% recommend Glideline to anyone looking for sliding doors or windows.

Really helpful company with regards to patio doors and windows in our garden room. Went above and beyond with help and advice. All arrived on time and the delivery driver was extremely helpful getting it all into the garden. Would thoroughly recommend Glideline. Great company, accurate and quality products. Chuffed to bits!

I cannot applaud the team at Glideline enough. Their level of service throughout has been faultless. We purchased our sliding door and all windows to the rear of our home renovation project with them and Dan looked after us from the first initial enquiry/quote right through to installation. Being such a valuable purchase, we arranged to visit the showroom in Great Yarmouth so we could see the products before placing our order and Dan made himself available to accommodate us visiting on a Saturday. Once we went ahead with the order the entire process was dealt with seamlessly and everything ran on time without any delays. On installation day the team were brilliant. Spencer and Mark took every care during the fitting and were extremely professional. The installation of the sliding door became a huge task as our floor was not completely level and they worked extremely hard and persevered to get the doors so it was level and in the end it was a complete success and the doors and windows look absolutely stunning in our home. We sourced a number of quotes from different suppliers for our aluminium doors and windows as it was an important purchase for our project and some of the sales teams didn't feel like they gave any value to their products and treated it more like a pressure purchase. Where this was a big purchase for our project, Dan and Glideline helped us with their advice, were always responsive to our questions and emails and made us feel at ease that we knew Glideline was the right choice for our supplier an we were not wrong. I usually wait a while before posting reviews rather than immediately after products are delivered and installed as I like to see how they perform or if there are issues so lastly I want to praise Glideline with their aftercare. Soon after our installation we had a slight issue with our door lock which I reported to Dan and without hesitation he booked us in for a service call where he had the team come visit us about three times until the issue was fully resolved. Darren and Jack who came were also amazing, polite, friendly, careful and considerate. I cannot recommend Glideline enough to anyone and we will definitely be calling on them when we are ready to install our windows at the front.

We needed a corner pocket door system and a regular patio door.Initially the windows man" on the project was dealing with this - Big fail - Clearly couldnt find what was needed.I I had spent hours researching and I called Glideline NOT because of the cost (these companies never print the prices it seems) but because of what I considered a very healthy list of really positive customer reviews. Not just pre sale positive comments but post sale too. For me - thats SO vital and I will explain how they proved their worth now too...My builders are brilliant - but the chap running the project didnt like showing any weakness so always prefered to work things out for himself than call Glideline.The irony is every single time I contacted Glideline Ben was available for me. Details were sent across as needed. Every detail you could want explained was availabe should you need it.The doors were made on time - Delivered as promised - I cannot fault them on any level BUT - here is my word of "warning / advice".As I say - My builders were/are BRILLIANT. Glideline were BRILLIANT. Despite this -errors did occur - but only due to translation/interpretation of details provided by my builders through to the final design / p[an. So - Initially we were told we would have to knock a bit of the wall out to make room for the door. My builder KNEW this wasnt possible and went over and over and over everything - as he didnt want to look stupid / show hed made a mistake. It went on for days! I kept saying TALK TO THEM!!!! THEY WILL HELP YOU!!! In the end.... he did - Plans were redrawn. Despite the plan being redrawn we did still end up with a couple of cm open space where there shouldnt be - Which I dont blame Glideline - and actually I dont blame my builders. The truth is..... You need to go over and over the plan if you are going to have your own builders do the job. Even 2cm is frustrating when you have to block the view with a bit of extra "wall" :) I have no doubt in my mind these doors were prouced exactly to "the plan" - so you need to make sure your builders check and recheck to make sure they havent made a mistake. I would in fact suggest - where possible - you get them to do the whole job but I appreciate thats not always possible like in my case.My final point is about the supplied drain (eco drain thing) . Its an extra part they provide depending on your needs. There was no pipe from it or any hole. The builders kept scratching their heads "Theirs no way the water can drain out". So I kept saying - CALL THEM!!!!!!! Nope.... So I called them - They clearly explained that due to the various ways you can do the job depending on your requirements - the hole may or may not be required in a specific location - so they leave it to the builders to create a solution for the job in hand. So? Made sense - Told the builders and thought "Jes ' Too much male pride around here!!!". Boys take note - Its ok to ask - It doesnt make you weak!! :)The final result of both doors - breathtaking. Our lives are changed forever.I am told that very few people have the pocket doors due to the cost to put into a current home - but if you are thinking of having an extension? Thinking of patio doors? Oh man..... The pocket doors are out of this World.FINAL POINT! There are SO many areas a job like this can go wrong - ONLY get a professional builder (not just "a" builder) to install. If you are having the smooth transition from inside to outside - you need the patio perfectly orientated to drain correctly - oh my so many points of detail that if you get "local jo DIY" to install this - You WILL get into trouble. So - Reality? I was LUCKY my builders are utterly beyond expectation and I was equally lucky to find GLIDELINE who made all this possible.Thank you to Glideline - Ben - you were a godsend - so grateful for all your support. We have just had our gable window, GS20 sliding doors and floor to ceiling windows supplied and fitted on our property and are over the moon with the results.All of the team at Glideline have been amazing, however the main reason we chose Glideline was because of the incredible service we received right from the start from Sarah. She was very responsive, knowledgeable, professional and down to earth. I am so glad we had Sarah on hand to answer our many many questions and believe she is a huge asset to the team.We contacted a few companies initially for quotes however we very quickly realised that Glideline were the winners as they were so passionate about their products and for good reason. Luckily we were local and were able to go to their showroom, which made it so much easier to visualise what we wanted our space to look like.We have been singing Glidelines praises to anyone who will listen and would recommend them in a heartbeat!

We have just had our sliding doors and roof light made and installed by Glideline. From the initial contact right through to the installation the service has been fantastic. Dan was extremely responsive to all of my emails and answered my many questions so patiently.
